The Entente Cordiale, sealed between France and the UK in April 1904, is more than a diplomatic agreement: it has been the foundation of cooperation and friendship between French and British civil societies for over 120 years. All finalists of the Entente Cordiale Summit will join a growing global network of alumni, with an ambition to build a better future and engagement to support each other.
The Entente Cordiale Day Alumni Reunion is to be held at the House of Lords in the UK and at the Senate in France and offers a platform for alumni to reconnect, network, and celebrate Franco-British collaboration. We are pleased to have hosted our 1st Entente Cordiale Alumni Reception on July 17 2025 at the Peers’ Dining Room in the House of Lords, under the aegis of Lord Soames of Fletching, grandson of Sir Winston Churchill, and on the topic of ‘London Olympics 2012 – Paris Olympics 2024: History Vision & Legacy’.
