The Alumni Meeting

The Entente Cordiale, sealed between France and the UK in April 1904, is more than a diplomatic agreement: it has been the foundation of cooperation and friendship between French and British civil societies for over 120 years. All finalists of the Entente Cordiale Summit will join a growing global network of alumni, with an ambition to build a better future and engagement to support each other.

Alumni Events

The Entente Cordiale Day Alumni Meeting is held at the House of Lords in the UK and at the French Senate in France. It provides alumni with a dedicated platform to reconnect, expand their networks, and continue fostering Franco-British collaboration within the Entente Cordiale community. We were pleased to host our first Entente Cordiale Day Alumni Reception on 17 July 2025 in the Peers’ Dining Room of the House of Lords, under the patronage of Lord Soames of Fletching, grandson of Sir Winston Churchill. The event was dedicated to the theme “London 2012 Olympic Games – Paris 2024 Olympic Games: History, Vision, and Legacy.”
